After your consultation you will have a well developed plan to make and keep your home appealing to your target buyers/renters, ready to sell/rent fast, and for top dollar! Whether you choose to have Lee do the tasks with qualified professionals, or you work the plan on your own, Lemon Tree Home Staging is here for you!
Lemon Tree Home Staging provides personalized consulting services for homeowners, vacation rental property owners, or those who would simply like to refresh and update an existing design.
Our process is a professional collaboration with the homeowner to effectively showcase the look and feel of the home. When preparing for the real estate market, our goal is to increase the value of the home and accelerate the selling process. For vacation rental owners, our aim is to improve your revenue when you advertise your new look, or update your existing home’s feel.

Lee Newcomb has been styling homes for over 20 years. With roots in California Casual Modernism and New England Historical Charm, Lee's personal style is welcoming, traditional, and clutter-free. She believes that a home is where we should feel welcome to be ourselves. Lee is a certified graduate of The Staging Diva Home Staging Business Program by Debra Gould.
